Located at G Street, Beaver, PA  (Van Buren Homes).  Items 1-177 are located on the main floor.  Items 178-284 are located on the second floor.  The remaining items are located in the yard and shed.   Before you bid, be sure to click and read "Removal" and "Terms".  Unless specified, consider all items untested.  From a clean and smoke free home.

A 10% Buyers Premium applies.  We will return to our original pickup procedures where you have the option to pay cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card ONLY) at pick up.  

Pickup will be Monday, May 17th between the hours of 2PM and 6PM.  Be sure to have any help you may need to remove and load your items.  Auction staff WILL NOT be able to assist you.  It is your responsibility.  Also, bring any tools you feel you may need.  We do not carry tools with us.   If you can not attend pick up or have a designated person to pick up for you between the hours of 2PM and 6PM on Monday, May 17th, please do not bid.  Anyone not showing up at the designated pick up will have their card on file charged.   Items not picked up will be considered forfeited.   We will no longer transport items to another location, preview or pick up.
