No Checks or Cash Payments. ALSO, be sure to have a good working phone number on file where you can be reached, especially during pick up hours. Be sure to confirm bids before placing them. Bids will not be reversed or deleted. You must place the bid and click, then confirm the bid and click. Any items left will be considered abandoned. We no longer haul items to another location....NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING: Until further notice: shipping can be arranged but please contact us prior to bidding. If you have questions, we suggest not waiting till last minute. Often, we are not available for calls or emails during the auction close. Unless specified, consider items untested. AS OF 7/1/2025... We do our best on descriptions and measurements, however preview is always available and encouraged for your personal inspections. You are responsible for the items you bid on as agreed upon by registering and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions AND prior to placing and confirming any bid. If you have no intention on picking up your items, PLEASE, do not bid! Our sellers are selling items so they don't have to clean out the house. It's not fair to the seller to have to hire someone and a dumpster to empty out furniture, contents lots, etc. that you decide not to come and take.
